Why Select This Protected Class?

Genetic Information

Genetic Information is a unique protected class because of the large misinterpretation of what it is, its relevance in the workplace, and the lack of narrative around this history that made it a protected class of its own entity.

Since qualities of this protected class are generally neglected in the DEI rolodex, the learning is designed to ensure a full 360 degree approach for applicable comprehension.

It is a protected class for specific reasons, together we will discover why that is and what we can do next to be a vessel for positive change.
